Learn how to access and analyze your past voice analysis results to track changes over time.
The app saves your past voice analysis results, allowing you to track changes over time and identify patterns in your vocal and mental wellness.

Accessing Your History
Step 1: Navigate to the Voice Analysis test screen from the Home tab
Step 2: Look for the "View History" button (if you have completed previous tests)
Step 3: Tap this button to see a list of your past results
Understanding the History List
What You'll See
Each entry in the history list displays:
Date and Time
- When the test was taken
- Grouped by day for easy browsing
- Most recent tests appear first
Overall Mental Wellness Score
- Your composite score (0-100) for that session
- Color-coded indicator:
- π’ Green (85-100): Excellent
- π‘ Yellow (55-84): Good to Moderate
- π΄ Red (< 55): Needs attention
Quick Summary
- One or two key insights from that test
- Primary indicators detected
- Notable changes from previous test
Viewing Individual Results
Opening a Past Test
Step 1: Tap on any test entry in the history list
Step 2: The full results screen will open, showing:
- All three tabs (Voice Health, Mental Wellness, Details)
- Complete metrics from that session
- Notes you may have added
- Option to compare with other tests
What You Can Do
Review metrics:
- See all voice health indicators
- Check mental wellness scores
- Examine detailed acoustic data
Add notes:
- Record context about that day
- Note life events or stressors
- Track interventions you tried
Share results:
- Export as PDF
- Send to healthcare provider
- Save to your files
Compare with other tests:
- View side-by-side comparisons

Analyzing Trends
Trend View
Step 1: In the history screen, look for the "Trends" or chart icon button
Step 2: Select the metric you want to track:
- Overall Mental Wellness Score
- Jitter (voice stability)
- Speech rate
- Specific mental health indicators
Step 3: View the graph showing your scores over time
What to Look For
Stable trends:
- Scores remain relatively consistent
- Small variations are normal
- Indicates stable baseline
Improving trends:
- Scores gradually increasing
- Positive response to interventions
- Good sign of progress
Declining trends:
- Scores gradually decreasing
- May indicate developing issues
- Consider seeking professional help
Cyclical patterns:
- Regular ups and downs
- May correlate with weekly stress
- Could be hormonal or seasonal
Filtering Your History
By Date Range
View specific periods:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
- Custom date range
Step 1: Tap the filter or calendar icon
Step 2: Select your desired date range
Step 3: View only tests from that period
By Score Range
Filter by wellness levels:
- Only show excellent scores (85-100)
- Only show concerning scores (< 55)
- View moderate range (55-84)
Why filter:
- Focus on problematic periods
- Celebrate successes
- Identify triggers for low scores
Comparing Tests
Side-by-Side Comparison
Step 1: From the history list, tap "Compare" or the comparison icon
Step 2: Select two or more tests to compare
Step 3: View differences in key metrics:
- Mental Wellness score changes
- Voice health metric variations
- Risk indicator shifts
- Pattern changes
What to Compare
Before and after events:
- Pre/post illness

Adding Context to Tests
Why Add Notes
Context helps you understand results:
- What was happening in your life
- Stress levels that day

- Sleep quality previous night
- Medications or supplements taken
How to Add Notes
Step 1: Open a test result from history
Step 2: Tap the "Add Note" or edit icon
Step 3: Type relevant context:
- Mood that day
- Major events
- Health status
- Anything noteworthy
Step 4: Save the note
Deleting Test Results
When to Delete
Consider deleting:
- Tests with technical issues
- Invalid recordings
- Tests taken incorrectly
- Duplicate entries
Be careful:
- Deleted tests cannot be recovered
- You'll lose historical data
- Trends will be affected

Step 1: Open test result from history

Step 3: Select "Delete Test"

All your voice test history is stored securely on your device and in encrypted cloud storage. You have complete control over your data and can export or delete it at any time. Your voice recordings are processed and then deletedβonly the analysis results are permanently stored.
